Precondition for the construction of this series which allows SF6 gas recovery down to a final vacuum of < 1 mbar was emission-free gas handling. When using the gastight DILO couplings and connecting systems emissions will have no chance! Short gas recovery and evacuating times are obtained by using a coupling DN40.
